Since 2024, it has accelerated its national layout: in August 2024, it signed a contract to build a manufacturing base in Chizhou; in January 2025, the Wuhan base was put into operation; in March, it jointly constructed a demonstration project in the Han River Basin with Zhongxiang; in April, it joined hands with Hainan Ocean Industry Group to explore the Hainan market. At present, it has formed a "1+N" pattern with Wuhu as the center and radiating across the country. Its business covers the entire ship chain and charging-swapping services, and it has taken the lead in commercializing the "ship-vehicle-storage" shared swapping technology, leading the green and intelligent development of the industry.

Wuhu Shipyard has a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan, with an annual shipbuilding deadweight of 800,000 tons and a factory area of 1.3583 million square meters. It boasts abundant shoreline resources as well as large-scale shipways, docks and hoisting equipment.

Advanced manufacturing, leading with strength
It covers a factory area of 118 mu (approximately 78,666.7 square meters) and boasts 372 meters of water frontage. It is equipped with one span of a 220m × 42m (1:20) inclined shipway, multiple spans of outdoor open-air shipways (180m × 28m and 180m × 36m), and three spans of indoor workshops (75m × 15m), with a total lifting capacity of 560 tons. There are 176 sets of welding, cutting and other equipment. The 65-meter pontoon wharf is furnished with a 10T 30-meter crane and 4 × 45-meter steel approach bridges, along with a complete set of various experimental equipment. The convenient access to water, gas and electricity on board meets the needs of construction, renovation, repair of ships under 150 meters, as well as metal structure processing.
